I have been a customer for over 20 years and Marks Automotive has never steered me wrong with any car that I have taken to them. Nicole is an idiot and probably did not understand what was going on and to write a review after so many years, gives one to wonder how stable an indiviual she is. If you want good honest work and pricing, then you will find that at Mark's Automotive.

Highly recommend for great service and extremely honest repair center for domestic and foreign cars. I stopped in without and appointment with and issue and Brian, the owner, went out of his way to take care of it. After the diagnosis he determined it was an item that should be covered under extended warranty and recommend I take to BMW agency and have them do the work as it would be free. He could have easily said nothing, done the repair and charged me! My husband has had his car serviced here twice and is 100% satisfied! I will for sure be back and tell my friends. Annie B

Personalized Service! Jeff @ Automax has been taking care of my jeep for 7 years. He knows me by name, I never have to wait, I always have a private shuttle waiting to take me to work, and I love that my jeep is always washed and waiting for me. The guys at Automax do quality work! They have a very impressive operation going on there. They keep the place clean and organized. Their technicians are second to none and they are honest. I have been going to Automax for years. You can't put a price on good honest customer service.

I don't normally post reviews but I know it's hard to come by an honest place to fix you car. I love Mark's automotive. They listen to your concerns and tell you exactly what is wrong and fix it. They will also tell you honestly what can wait and what can't wait if you don't have the money to fix something right away. Also most importantly! Your car doesn't not have anything else wrong with it after it has been in their shop. I recently took my car somewhere else for minor things (oil change, air conditioning service) and after getting my car back; I had problems with my transmission and my air compressor. The "dealer" type service experience, without the full dealer bend-over. This place is for people like me, who Need all the services a dealer service center has, however I don't need to though away money at the dealer just because I bought the car there. If you're a "do it your self" & jiffy lube it, this place is not for you. I deal with one service manager, who remembers me and my cars, replaces wiper blades & dome lights, drives me to work and washes the car when done.

I have been taking my car to Automax for 3 years. I am always treated with professional courtesy and fast service. Whether my car needs a regular service, or I have a mechanical problem, the knowlege and experience of their staff has been great. All their work comes with a "no questions asked" guarantee. I feel that they are up front about the cost of repairs and make sure that I am comfortable with the repair plan. What I really like too, is that they discuss what needs to be fixed right away, and they also inform you of other service issues that will need attention in the future. I have been taking my car to Crevier as part of the free maintenance program, but I recently got a flier on my car from Automax. I scheduled an appointment online and took my car in. They got me a ride to work in one of their Mercedes shuttles. The general manager, Greg, called me when my car was done and made sure that all my concerns were addressed. I came back in to pick up my car and I didn't have to wait in line or go thru the confusing checkout process at most dealerships. Since I was in, I have recieved e-mail discounts, updates, and service reminders from Automax. Whenever I have a question they are more than willing to help out. I had a light bulb out the other day and they replaced it without charging me. Great service and great prices!!!!

I was referred to Mark's by my neighbor who has been taking his car there since he's had a car. Before that his parents took their cars to Mark when he was at a different location. I've been there a few times now and it's been great. They take me to work and pick me up when the car is done (or when I'm done working). John is usually at the front desk, but Mark is on-site and is real great explaining, in plain English, what exactly is the problem with my car. So far, everything has been on time, priced right and very professional. It does cost a bit more than Jiffy Lube type places, but you don't have to deal with the punk kids that are running those. I like talking to guys about cars, and I mean guys that actually know about cars, so to me the bit of extra cost is worth it. I've finally found "my mechanic".
