I brought in my Cadi for a routine maintenance as a first time customer. I was very impressed with the ease of making an online appointment and responsiveness from the service manager, Jeff. I used the early bird drop off service and my car was worked on and completed the same day. I even got a text when it was done. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience and quality of work. I’ll definitely be back! 🙏 These guys get customer service and quality!

Brian and his team are absolutely incredible! Fair, honest and trustworthy...not the adjectives normally bestowed on auto mechanics. I explained to Brian my $$ situation and he says don't worry, bring it in and we'll determine what's going on...complimentary! This place is a true Golden Nugget! I was about to get extremely ripped off by Caliber Motors MB when I brought my C class to Automax. I brought my repair list straight to Jeff, and he gave me honest answers about repairs that were necessary & immediate while explaining that other listed “repairs” were unwarranted. Being a single gal, I need to have mechanics who look out for me when it comes to car repairs and those people would be Jeff and the team at Automax! They are hands down the most honest and best in the business!!!

i take my land rover and corvette for service needs, always get a call prior to repairs, very customer oriented and much better for your wallet than the dealers. . And your car is washed when you pick it up!

I live over an hour from Newport and randomly had care troubles. Rolled in here since it was the closest to my location, and was helped by Jeff. Extremely sweet guy! Checked my car out to see if I could drive home without any serious complications. Plus this place has tons of other great reviews.

My wife came here and had an awesome experience with the work needed on her car, so naturally when it came time for my own car to require maintenance, I decided to try them out. New to SoCal and wanted an Independent garage for my 2011 MB E350. Well, I found it. Outstanding service and I highly recommend Jeff and his team. First time I have ever brought my car in for service and was told that I didn't need everything that the dashboard service reminder called for. Truly appreciated the honesty along with the complimentary Uber. Look forward to being a regular customer.

What a great auto repair company ! After being lied to by Rusnak Anaheim hills Land Rover and having my appointment for 7am this past Tuesday actually just being a ruse so they'd have my car but not even begin work until the next day , I called Automax who immediately got my car and performed a full break job and service for 20% LESS than those liars at Rusnak... Thank you Automax !!
