I had a great experience! Jeff, the service manager, was great! When I called the dealer for my big 30K mile Service, they quoted me $675. I took my car in to Automax and was only charged $469 (minus a new customer coupon I had), much less than the dealer and they even washed it! Although the Lexus dealership has a fancy waiting room (which I've spent far too many hours in) and yummy snacks, their service people leave a lot to be desired. They've never been as nice as Jeff was to me today. That speaks volumes! Oh, and they offer $15 per day car rental or a free shuttle to your drop off location! I will definitely be back!

Brian and Jeff at Automax= very honest, direct and has great value. For (Land Rover) Range Rover he offers the best service and pricing. I received three quotes to compare to the dealer and he offers the best opportunity with a warranty! Dealer can't compete! Dealer was easily $400 more for just **front brakes with no brake warranty! Brian is quick to respond, best service & pricing, guarantees his work and will treat you like gold.

These past couple weeks have been a hassle trying to get repairs done to my car. The part I dislike the most is researching for the right place that is professional and helps people feel welcomed. I found Auto Max Service through a Google search, I gave them a call and was greeted by a friendly representitive he then transferred me to Jeff who immediately made me feel welcomed and like he actually cared about my situation. Before Jeff I called Arco Star Smog and Repair for an estimate they said their computer was "acting up" and will have to give me a call back (never called back). Went to jiffy lube early in the morning and the two guys there seemed less than happy to see that they had business coming in. To summarize I booked an appointment with Jeff and I am looking forward to it!

Jeff made sure that the service I received was first class. He made sure I was kept in the loop as far as estimates of cost and completion time.

In the olde days: Once that service light came on in either of our MB's it stressed us out. Book an appointment with the original manufacturer - which takes an age to get in. Wait in line until they come and receive the car. Always an up sell to something. Tiring and not fun. Now: Wow! Last week we found Automax. Jeff is amazing. Professional, friendly and not working off commission. After a quick call by phone we were set. Dropping the car was quick and without fuss. Quick turn around. Great workmanship. And the price... seriously a fraction of the MB dealer. Car came back clean and I could not be happier. I only have one frustration - how come I didn't know about Automax before now? Automax you have the business for all of our family.

The guys at Automax Service Center are the best! Auto service does not get any better than this! Jeff was more than accommodating and cordial when I I told him about the problem I was having and he didn't waste any time in getting Rick, the Shop Foreman, involved. In finding a solution Rick spent more time and effort than I would have ever expected. It seemed like he took a personal interest in repairing my car and also went out of his way to do the job right. Everything Rick did was perfect and it showed. You really need to try the Automax Service Center in Newport Beach if need auto service that can't be beaten for any price!

Just got my car serviced for the first time at Automax. Great group of people running the shop and I got a great price on my service compared to the dealer cost. They are very honest and done an excellent job on my car. I would definitely go back for future services with them.
